Public use
The Frontier Gaming Network app does not require public users to create an account. It displays public community information, games, staff profiles, livestream status, news, gallery items, and links to community services.
Information we process
If you enable notifications, we store an Expo push token and your device platform so we can deliver community updates. Staff accounts store a name, email address, securely hashed password, role, login sessions, and security audit records. Staff gallery uploads store the submitted image and caption. Server logs may contain IP addresses, request times, and basic technical information used for security and troubleshooting.
How information is used
Information is used only to operate the app and website, authenticate staff, publish community content, deliver opted-in notifications, prevent abuse, and maintain service reliability. We do not sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising.
Service providers and external links
The app uses Expo notification services and may display or link to Twitch, Discord, community forums, service-status pages, and official game websites. Those services process information under their own privacy policies. Opening an external link leaves Frontier Gaming Network.
Retention and control
Notification tokens remain until disabled, replaced, or removed during maintenance. Staff account and audit records are retained while needed for administration and security. Staff-created content remains public until removed by authorized staff. You can disable notifications in your device settings at any time.
Children
The service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Contact Frontier Wing Gaming through the official Discord server for privacy questions, notification-token removal, or requests concerning staff account information.
Changes
We may update this policy as app features or service providers change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
